Elastic, vibratory device for improving the sliding of alternating pistons in heat engines, the oscillatory movement of said pistons being opposed. This device, formed at least by one split ring 1, of stainless steel, resistant to the thermal and chemical deformations produced by the explosion and installed behind the ring of said piston, generates a pressure gradient which is reflected in the formation of a permanently-pressurized toric bead during operation of the engine.
