Improvements to mechanisms for supplying a flexible tubular container for continuous packaging machines

Improvements to supply mechanisms formed by three concentric tubular bodies, one removable outer one 3, supporting the tubular packaging charge 4, a fixed intermediate one 2 and a movable inner one 1, via which the product to be packaged travels, which improvements consist in giving the latter tube 1 a length which is shorter than that of the tube 2 and giving it elastic, divergent tabs 8, extension of the discharge opening 9, via which the impulsion and expansion of the closed end 11 of the tubular container 4 are achieved. The tabs 8 end in rounded loops 10 for gentle friction and they have a length which is greater than that of the volume of the charge 13 to be packaged. The inlet opening 12 of the tubular body 1 projects at rest from the fixed intermediate one 2 and carries a wide notch which is opposite the loading hopper T. The mechanism is applied to the charging of mesh and similar containers.
