AN AMORPHOUS ALLOY THIN SHEET LAMINATE ANDA CORE USING SAID AMORPHOUS ALLOY THIN SHEETLAMINATE, AND PROCESSES FOR PRODUCING THE SAMEAbstractThe invention is to prevent reduction inadhesive strength even in annealing at a high temperaturein a magnetic field by utilizing as an adhesive mainlyconsisting of borosiloxane base resin excellentparticularly in heat resistance in the production of alaminated plate through adhering plural amorphous alloythin sheets, further, a core using such a laminateplate, and to effectively prevent deterioration in themagnetic characteristics due to ununiform stress inshaping by modifying application pattern of the adhesiveto the surface of the thin sheet. Thereby, the numbersof coiling steps and laminating steps can be remarkablyreduced without causing deterioration in the magneticcharacteristics or deterioration in the shapeability.
