In producing a laminate by bonding a plurality of thin amorphous alloy strips or further a core from such a laminate, an adhesive of a borosiloxane resin having an excellent heat resistance is used to prevent deterioration of bond strength even upon annealing in a magnetic field at a high temperature, and the manner of applying the adhesive on the thin strip is modified to effectively prevent deterioration of magnetic properties due to non-uniform stress upon working. Thus, man-hours required for winding and stacking are greatly reduced without deterioration of magnetic properties and moldability
