The invention relates to affinity markers consisting of a specific and irreversible ligand for steroid hormone receptors, characterised in that they consist of an oestrogen complex consisting of an oestradiol derivative complexed by an organometallic compound fixed in position 17 alpha of oestradiol, an oestrogen complex whose PKR+, which measures the constant of equilibrium between the 17 beta -alcohol and the 17-carbenium form of the said complex, is negative. The present invention also relates to the application of these affinity markers as imaging agents for hormone-dependent cancers and as medication for hormonal radiotherapy when these affinity markers comprise suitably chosen radioactive isotopes.
