Use of a dental alloy devoid of non-precious metals for casting fixed dental prostheses

Dental alloys which are devoid of non-precious metals and have a surface which adheres well to ceramic veneers and have little tendency to discolour contain 60 to 85% by weight gold, 4 to 20% by weight platinum, 2 to 20% by weight palladium, 1 to 11% by weight silver and 0.1 to 3% by weight iridium and/or rhodium.
