Catalysts for removing nitrogen oxides from exhaust gases, in particular from flue gases, based on titanium dioxide trioxide molybdenum, tungsten and vanadium pentoxide as further catalytically active components are known. However, they suffer a rapid deactivation upon contact with arsenic compounds. The new manufacturing process will now be made available to arsenic poisoning resis tent catalysts.; By an additional impregnation of catalysts based on titanium oxide according to the prior art having a dissolved molybdenum and / or tungsten compound and, optionally, vanadium catalysts are obtained with an excellent resistance to arsenic poisoning.; Using resistant to arsenic poisoning catalysts for removing nitrogen oxides from exhaust gases.
