Compounds corresponding to the general formula (I) …IMAGE… in which Z denotes a group of formula -CH2-, -C(CH3)2-, -CH=CH-, -(CH2)2-, -(CH2)3-, -NH- or -N(CH3)CH2-, R1 denotes a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group, R2 denotes a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, and R3 denotes either an optionally substituted phenoxy group or a naphthyloxy group or an optionally substituted phenylmethyl group, or a bis(4-fluorophenyl)methyl group or an optionally substituted phenylmethoxy group or a (2-naphthyl)methoxy group or an optionally substituted phenoxymethyl group or a pyridinyloxy group, and R4 denotes a hydrogen atom, or else R3 and R4 form together and with the piperidine ring a spiro(2,3-dihydro-2:4'-benzofuran-1-piperidinyl) group. Application in therapy.
