Apparatus for simultaneously measuring the density, the concentration of solid matter, the flow rate, the delivery and the temperature of a fluid in the liquid or pasty state, by ultrasonic transmission propagating in the said fluid, which is characterised in that it comprises: a) a measuring pipe (1) in which the fluid flows, b) two transducers (4) and (5) connected to an ultrasonic source (11) in contact with the pipe or in contact with the fluid located therein, operating alternately as emitter-receiver and vice versa, which are placed obliquely at an angle of incidence alpha , in a mutually symmetric position on a same generator (8) of the pipe, in such a way that the ultrasonic wave propagates in the fluid at an angle of refraction beta and is totally reflected at least once on the wall (18) of the pipe which is opposite to that on which the two transducers are placed, before being picked up by the transducer-receiver, these two angles alpha and beta being defined relative to a plane perpendicular to the axis of the pipe, c) a temperature measuring probe (13) positioned on the pipe (1) and in direct contact with the fluid, d) electronic (14) and computerised (15) units associated with the assembly of the two transducers and with the temperature measuring probe, and ensuring the management of the data which are sent thereto in the form of electrical signals.
