The naval fire control system preferably contains several subsystems each having a target acquisition module (TMi) and at least one effector module (GMi). The subsystems and/or the modules are comprehensively networked with one another (DATEN-BUS) and contain means for compensating for static, quasi-static and dynamic pointing errors. The data determined by the corresponding sensors are evaluated, and the compensation parameters between the individual subsystems and/or between the device modules (TMi, GMi) representing pointing errors are determined, by at least one computer unit (COMP). Processing these motion data allows the dynamic position changes between the subsystems or devices to be taken into consideration during operation.
