A unilateral extensible external clamp for treating bone diseases, for axial external fixation of bones or parts of broken bones, comprises a tubular central part (1) on either side of which at least one telescoping piston (3) and (4) is arranged. Various connecting parts are rotatably fastened to the outer ends of these pistons (3) and (4).
