Method for measuring basic fetal protein in urine and measurement kit used for it

A method for assaying basic fetal proteins present in urine on the basis of antigene-antibody reaction using an anti-basic fetal protein antibody and an assaying kit for practicing the method are disclosed. The kit is composed of a first anti-basic fetal protein antibody, a labelled second anti-basic fetal protein antibody, a solid phase, and a standard basic fetal protein antigen, wherein the antigenic determinant reacting with the first antibody is different from the one reacting with the second antibody.
