Use of Azepinone Derivatives The compounds 5,11-dihydro-11-¢¢(1-methyl-4-piperidinyl)-amino!carbonyl!-6H-dibenz¢b,e!azepin-6-one, 5,11-dihydro-11-¢(1-methyl-4-piperidinyl)acetyl!-6H-dibenz¢b,e!azepin-6-one and 5,11-dihydro-11-¢(4-methyl-1-piperazinyl)acetyl!-6H-dibenz¢b,e!azepin-6-one and their enantiomers and their physiologically acceptable acid addition salts are suitable for use in the treatment of acute and chronic obstructive disorders of the respiratory tract.
