A novelty from the confectionery sector, in this case: tea sweets, milk tea sweets. The ingredients for the tea are in this case tea as desired, with sugar/sweetener; with or without milk in the broad sense: skimmed milk, whole milk, cream and/or creamer of vegetable origin. Depending on the desired taste, greater or less amounts of the tea ingredients are selected for the base mass. With respect to tea, the caffeine (theine) content is balanced by removal or addition of caffeine, a substance which should also always be available in solid form for consumption. Further ingredients which lead to a rounding off of taste are possible, and in addition enhancement to achieve a particular component as a "highlight".
