摘要
Heat engine (2) on the Stirling principle or the Ericsen principle, with (a) a pair of cylinders (4), which has a first cylinder (6), in which a cold piston (14) is capable of reciprocating, and has a second cylinder (10), in which a hot piston (16) is capable of reciprocating; (b) a flow connection (24) for the working gas between the first and the second cylinder (6, 10); (c) a cooler (20), a regenerator (22) and a heater (28), through which the flow passes in succession as the working gas flows from the first cylinder (6) to the second cylinder (10) and vice versa; and (d) a kinetic coupling (30, 50, 56) between the cold piston (14) and the hot piston (16) in such a way that the cold piston essentially lags one quarter of the movement cycle time behind the hot piston (16). Opposite the said first pair of cylinders (4) a similar, second pair of cylinders (4') is provided with assigned flow connection (24') and assigned cooler (20'), regenerator (22') and heater (28'). The cold pistons (14, 14') of the two pairs of cylinders (4, 4') are connected by at least one rod (46) for common movements in the same direction. The hot pistons (16, 16') of the two pairs of cylinders (4, 4') are connected by at least one rod (46) for common movement in the same direction. IMAGE
