The invention relates to a method and a device for aiming at moving targets (8) using a rangefinder (3). In this case, the sight (2), which is coupled to a weapon (1), tracks the target (8) and the lead angle is calculated. Large and costly fire control units are normally used for carrying out such methods. The present invention is now based on the object of creating a compact sight, using which the gunner can aim very accurately and can align the weapon, especially a hand-held firearm.
