Rust-free, readily weldable maraging steel

摘要

As a replacement of stellites in valve seats and valve guides, a readily weldable, rust-free maraging steel is proposed, for example with C /= 0.03 %, Cr 13 %, Ni 6 %, Mo 3 % and Ti 1 %. Such an alloy proves to be advantageous also in plastics processing, foodstuffs processing and in aviation and space technology.
