Digital control circuit for camera and winder - uses digital module to extend use of all sensor derived data to all camera and winder functions

The equipment comprises a means of digital control for a camera and winder assembly which extends the potential for automatic supervision and activation of all the usual photographic functions (exposure timing, aperture control, shutter operation, focussing, film transport, time delay etc.) without prohibitive mechanical complication. A signal module sited within the camera enables data derived from normal camera sensing devices to be interchanged between the camera and winder electronics on a time-shared basis. Scope exists for a more comprehensive control of camera/winder functions by stored programmes incorporating previously established command data. USE/ADVANTAGE - Extends the capability of a standard camera/winder assembly. Does not involve mechanical complication. Has wide ranging control potential as yet unexploited.
