Apparatuses permitting the resorption of oedemas, and more particularly of oedemas of the upper and lower limbs of the human body. This aim is achieved with the aid of a compression cuff comprising a flexible and leakproof bag (14) intended to be filled with a fluid of high density, the said bag (14) cooperating with means (23, 24) for fixing the said cuff in the tightly wound state around the limb to be treated.
