Installation permitting packaging of a fertilizer (manure). It comprises, in combination: - a hopper 1 for receiving the mixed powders which have to be packaged; - means 3 permitting transfer of the said powder: . either directly inside a second hopper 21 arranged above a conventional weighing and bagging installation 19, . or to an assembly 6 for converting the said powder into granulates, at the exit of which the said granulates are transferred to a second hopper 18 permitting supply of the abovementioned weighing and bagging head 19 as well as recycling of the powders remaining in the general supply hopper 1.
