The invention relates to a low-voltage electrical apparatus which delivers a specific current via two electrodes made of elastomer, themselves immersed in containers of water in which will be introduced the extremities to be treated. It is a casing with a single output which allows alternatively recharging of the batteries through this plug using a rectifying transformer connected to a 220 V mains, or, but not simultaneously, the low-voltage treatment of palmoplantar and axillary hyperhidrosis. This casing is fitted with a potentiometer allowing the intensity of the current to be varied.
