The invention relates to analog integrated circuits. A complementary current mirror circuit 10, 12 comprises a PNP transistor and an NPN transistor 15, 16; 25, 20 of which one fulfills the function of a control transistor 16, 25 and the other functions as an output transistor 15, 20. A voltage VB E obtained by forcing the passage of a current control circuit IB is imposed between the base and the emitter of the output transistor 15, 20, to produce a controlled current I1, I2 in the collector of the output transistor.
