PURPOSE: To permanently and surely synchronously execute drive between a coiling shaft and two disks by directly driving a disk on the opposite side as seen from a hollow shaft with a driving device with which the hollow shaft is driven. CONSTITUTION: The coiling shaft 1 has a dog 22 which is positively engaged with an engaging recessed-part of a flange 4 at its end and torque not only is directly transmitted to the disk 2 through a driving shaft 10 from the drive, but also is transmitted to the disk 3 indirectly through the hollow shaft 8 and coiling shaft 1. For purpose of sure achievement that the direct drive via the driving shaft 10 is made as small as possible and overload is prevented in the connecting part between the coiling shaft 1 and the disk 2, the distribution of the transmitted torque is decided by taking the magnitude of the two parallel drive into consideration.
