LIFT CHAIN OIL SUPPLY DEVICE OF FORK LIFT

PURPOSE:To supply an appropriate amount of oil to chain according to the rise/fall motion of an inner mast by furnishing an oil pressure pump in the upper part of the inner mast, and driving the oil pressure pump by a rotary member which rotates in a single piece with a chain wheel for guidance of a lift chain. CONSTITUTION:An oil tank 13 is installed at a lower tie beam 4a to couple an inner mast 4, while an oil pressure pump 14 with plunger is installed at the undersurface of an upper tie beam 4a. When the inner mast 4 is lifted or sunk, a chain wheel 10 for guidance of a lift chain 12 is rotated, and a cam 16 coaxial with this chain wheel 10 is also rotated, and the plunger 14a of the pump 14 is operated. Therewith the oil is sucked up from the oil tank 13 through a suction pipe 17, supplied to a wheel brush 20 via an oil feed pipe 18, and applied to the lift chain 12. With stroke adjustment of plunger 14a, therefore, an appropriate amount of oil is supplied to the chain 12 with the rise and fall of the inner mast 4.
