PURPOSE:To surely prevent an end pivot from the intrusion of air by supplying lubricating oil to the end pivot through a branch path connected to the intermediate portion of a cross path having the outlet side higher than the inlet side. CONSTITUTION:The inlet side oil gallery 33 and the outlet side oil gallery 34 located higher than same are formed inside a cylinder heat 1 along the longitudinal direction of an engine. A cross path 35 is formed widthwise of the engine to afford communication between the galleries 33, 34, and a branch paths 37, 38 having the lower ends connected to the intermediate portion of the cross path 35 and the upper ends reaching a hydraulic end pivot 20 are formed. Thus, air mixed into lubricating oil flowing into the inlet side oil gallery 33 is quickly discharged through the cross path 35 to the outlet side oil gallery 34 on the higher position, so that the possibility of air flowing into the branch paths 37, 38 connected to the intermediate portion of the cross path 35 is small.
