CONSTRUCTION OF WATER IMPERMEABLE LAYER AND UNDERGROUND CUT-OFF WALL IN GROUND

摘要

PURPOSE:To construct in a short period of time at low cost by a method wherein tunnels are provided under the ground around a ground area with a hardner injection hose having excavating capacity laid therein and stratified spaces made by horizontal excavation therewith are filled with hardeners injected therefrom. CONSTITUTION:To the ground around an area of a ground 5 where a water impermeable layer or an underground cut-off wall is to be constructed, a plurality of shafts 1-4 are drilled, and tunnels 7 are bored through the ground between the shafts 1-4 and a chain saw type hardner injection hose 8 capable of doing excavation work, is laid in the tunnels 7. Then the excavation is progressed horizontally with the hardner injection hose 8 so that the area of the ground 5 encircled with the injection hose is gradually reduced, forming stratified spaces after the excavation. The stratified spaces are then filled with the hardner injected with the hardner injection hose 8. After hardening of the harder, the water impermeable layer or the underground cut-off wall is constructed.
