PURPOSE:To apply a variety of embroidered patterns to the subject raw fabric by bonding an embroidered pattern (a family crest) in a state coinciding to a designed pattern and sewing the fabric. CONSTITUTION:A variety of patterns 2 are embroidered to a thin fabric, out along the contour line and separated from the fabric. The separated patterns (family crest) 2, 2... are combined with each other to form a designed pattern and are bonded to the surface of a raw fabric for sewing UCHIKAKE (a Japa nese long outer dress), FURISODE (a long-sleeved KIMONO), TOMESODE (KIMONO with ordinary sleeves) and the like in a state coinciding to the de signed pattern. The contour lines 3,3... of the bonded patterns 2, 2... are succes sively sewn. A number of ventilation holes 6 are parallelly embroidered in warp and weft directions to a fabric 7 same as or different from the above raw fabric and the fabric 7 is sewn to the reverse surface of the raw fabric in a state coinciding to the designed pattern. The excess part 7a is cut off along the contour line 3, the raw fabric covering the upper surface of the fabric 7 is cut along the contour line 3 to expose the part embroidered with the ventila tion hole and the contour line 3 is sewn.
