CONSTITUTION:When a vehicle having no non-contact card 1, it stops temporarily in front of an automatic toll receiving machine 13 as before, and a toll can be paid in cash, etc. When a vehicle 11 having the non-contact card 1 goes into a toll-booth, a radio communication is executed between the non-contact card 1 and a wayside coil 16 by passing through the front of the wayside coil 16, and when the balance amount in the non-contact card 1 is larger than the toll amount, a crossing gate 14 is opened, and passing can be executed. On the other hand, when the balance amount is smaller than the toll, the crossing gate 14 is opened by paying a deficit portion in cash to the automatic roll receiving machine 13 and passing can be executed. In such a way, the service to a user can be improved.
