PURPOSE:To contrive the facilitation of assembly work and the reduction of required space by not mounting a spring, after a sleeve and a clutch arm are built, but assembling the spring to an input shaft after the sleeve and the clutch arm are connected by a spring unit. CONSTITUTION:In a drive unit 12 driven by an output shaft A of a prime mover, power is transmitted to a transmitting mechanism in a transmission case 9 through a friction plate 14, supporting plate 14a and a buffer mechanism 13a further through a boss unit 13, input shaft 2 and an input gear 11. When a clutch pedal 22 is step-in operated, an arm shaft 20 is interlocking-moved through various transmission parts 22a, 23, 21 further with a sleeve 3 and a thrust bearing 19 slided to the front through a clutch arm 4 and each protrusion part 3a.
