GUIDE RAIL SUPPORT FOR OBLIQUELY TRAVELLING ELEVATOR

PURPOSE:To improve operability by interposing long members left and right between a member fixed to the bottom wall of a lift path and a guide rail support in the lift direction of a movable body. CONSTITUTION:A pair of left and right vertical members 28 supporting guide rails 10, 11 are fixed to long members 14 provided in the lift direction of a movable boxy and mounted to a member 15 fixed to the bottom wall 2 of a lift path through an elastic body 22. Thus, the expansion amounts of the guide rails 10, 11 and the long member 14 for fixing the vertical member 28 supporting the guide rail due to temperature in the lift path are equalized to each other. A shear due to a difference between expansion amounts generated in the member 15 fixed to the bottom wall 2 of the lift path having the expansion amount different from that of the guide rail and the long member 14 is allowed by mounting the long member through the elastic body 22. Thus, the guide rails 10, 11 are not deformed and a pair of the left and right vertical members 28 can be prevented from the pheomenon of collapse or the like.
