PURPOSE:To improve the operation rate by measuring the operation rate of the device, and setting and changing the input quickening time for executing the quickening guidance in accordance with the measured operation rate. CONSTITUTION:This system is provided with an operation rate discriminating means 14 for changing an input quickening time set to an input quickening discriminating means 10 in accordance with a measured operation rate by measuring an operation rate of the device. In such a state, the degree of congestion is decided by measuring an operating state of the device, and by determining the quickening time for giving the guidance for quickening an input by the degree of congestion, the quickening time is set rather long at the time of being slack, so that a user can operate slowly and an operation miss is not caused due to an unnecessary quickening guidance. On the other hand, the quickening time is set rather short at the time of congestion, so that the user is not absorbed in thought in front of the device. In such a way, the operation rate of the device is raised, and labor saving by automation is further attained.
