CONFERENCE CALL REPORT TRANSMISSION PROCESSING SYSTEM

PURPOSE:To report conference call from one personal mail to plural personal mails by providing the personal mail with an attendance/absence response list, a schedule table, a schedule table control function, and an attendance report transmitting function. CONSTITUTION:A conference call report 8 is transferred as a picture from a personal mail 1A to a personal mail 1B or the like. When the report 8 received, the call schedule is indicated on a schedule table 5B in the mail 1B. The schedule is additionally entered in an entry column in the case of attendance but is erased in the case of absence. This processing is executed by cursor indication to the table 5B and discrimination of a schedule table controller 6B. An attendance report transmitting function 7B detects entering/erasing to report attendance/absence to the mail IA. ln the mail 1A, a response list table control function 4A is started to change the column of the mail 1B on the table 3A to attendance or absence. By this constitution, report responses to the personal mail are automatically totalized to efficiently execute the preparation for conference call.
