MIXED RICE DISTRIBUTOR FOR ROTATIONAL OSCILLATION TYPE UNHULLED RICE SCREENING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To supply the same amt. of mixed rice to respective unhulled rice screening plates and to improve screening efficiency by forming an equally distributing device as a cylindrical container and providing chutes of the same number as the number of the unhulled rice screening plates at nearly equal intervals to the end of the base of the cylindrical container. CONSTITUTION:The plural unhulled rice screening plates 4 which are disposed in multiple stages in an inclined state and rotate and oscillate integrally are provided and the equal distributing device which distributes and supplies the mixed rice to the respective unhulled rice screening plates 4 is integrally disposed above the unhulled rice screening plates 4. The equally distributing device is formed as the cylindrical container 1 and the chutes 2 of the same number as the number of the substrate screening plates 4 are provided at approximately the equal intervals along the peripheral edge on the base of the cylindrical container 1. The respective chutes 2 are respectively connected to the corresponding unhulled rice screening plates 4. Consequently, the mixed rice is evenly supplied to the unhulled rice screening plates and the screening capacity over the entire part is improved.
