AIR PORT AUTOMATIC CLEANING METHOD OF BOILER AND RECOVERY BOILER

PURPOSE:To contrive automation by opening and closing dampers of supply air ports of each section at fixed intervals and temporarily heating them with the help of boiler burning heat to melt to remove adhering and fixing substances in automatic cleaning of the supplying air ports of a recovery boiler. CONSTITUTION:A controller is preset so that section dampers 8 provided in each section may be blocked for fixed time, for instance, for 10 minutes every 8 hours. Thereby the dampers 8 are blocked with the use of a driver 13 for fixed time every fixed hours. Accordingly, air flow for supply air ports stops and the supply air ports 5 are heated by the help of the burning heat of a boiler to melt adhering fixing substances to drop so as to remove. By such constitution, cleaning of the supply air ports can be automated.
