PURPOSE: To reduce the noise at the time of high-speed traveling by elastically supporting a bearing shield to a bearing block connected to a frame via a ball-and-socket joint and elastically and is hinge-likely supported to the frame by means of the ball-and-socket joint via a coupling extending at right angles to the direction of travel. CONSTITUTION: A wheel shoe 17 of a wheel 26 or 27 is rotatably suspended by a bearing shield 6, and is supported by a rail 1 elastically in the radial direction. A shoe lever extending in the opposite direction is abutted on the casing-like intermediate member 18 of the wheel shoe 17, and also is provided with a boss 19 to the side. The respective axes of bosses 19 are extended in parallel with the axis of the rail 1, and also are rotationally and elastically guided to the bearing shield 6 via two ball-and-socket joints 20. Further, the bearing shield 6 is hinge-likely fitted to a frame 3 by a coupling 7 extending to the direction at right angles with the rail 1 via a ball-and-socket joint 8. Thus, since all the traveling wheels 25 to 27 are elastically abutted on the rail 1, traveling noise is reduced.
