SNAKING-CORRECTION CONTROLLER OF BASE CLOTH IN EMBROIDERY-SEWING MACHINE

PURPOSE:To correct snaking in base cloth by outputting operation signal correcting deviation of position according to position discrepancy-detecting signal of detector installed in a position in the vicinity of roller traverser to transversely movable base cloth-feeding device and recovering device installed in the opposite sides of sewing part. CONSTITUTION:A base cloth-feeding device B constructed as transversely movable and a recovering device C are provided at opposite sides of sewing part of a embroidery machine respectively through actuators 70 and a roller traverser A having a pair of feeding rollers 26 installed in said sewing part are transversely moved according to controlling for embroidery sewing, then said pair of feeding rollers 26 are synchronously rotated to the same direction, thus the base cloth K drawn from said feeding device B is transversely and longitudinally transferred. In said process, detected signals of position discrepancy detectors a, b and c installed in the vicinity of said roller traverser A are inputted to controlling circuit 90 and operation signal in a direction correcting detected discrepancy of position is outputted to said actuators 70.
