PURPOSE:To facilitate cut-off of permeable water by inserting an injection pipe into a sealing section to seal cracks with quick-setting cement, connecting an injection device filled with sealing compound to seal the cracks thereto, and injecting the sealing compound into the cracks. CONSTITUTION:A cut-off device is constituted of a cartridge 1, nozzle 2 and bottom cover 3, and water bridge formation type polyurethane is sealed. A pin body 4 is projected to the center in the bottom cover 3, and a stop-end form 5 having a large number of penetration holes 51 is fixed to the inside of the cartridge 1. In addition, a water bag 6 is placed between the stop-end form 5 and pin body 4. After that, cracks on a concrete wall 9 are detected, and they are sealed with quick-setting cement to form a sealing section 10 and pocket section 12. An injection pipe 11 is penetrated into the sealing section 10, and then the nozzle 2 is connected to the injection pipe 11. According to the constitution, the pin body 4 is stuck into the water bag 6, and water and polyurethane can react to fill and repair the cracks.
