PURPOSE:To control a capsule by a passenger without interposing radio communication by providing an air path provided in the capsule and having an entry at the bottom of the capsule and an exit at the apex, and a cover loaded on the entry and opened/closed with an operating means. CONSTITUTION:When the passenger 9 is on board the inside of a capsule 5 and sits on a seat, and operates a foot pedal 7 and a relief port 11 of the air path 12 is closed with the cover 6, a sealed state is generated in a tube 3 at the lower side of the capsule 5, and air pressure is generated, then, the capsule 5 is ascended. Also, when the relief port 11 is opened a little by relaxing the pedal 7, the air is lost from the port, and pressure at the lower side of the capsule 5 is reduced, thereby, the capsule 5 is descended. In such a way, since the capsule 5 is moved upward/downward by operating the pedal 7, the capsule 5 is easily controlled in the capsule 5 without using the radio communication. Also, since no battery for power source of the radio communication is required, weight is reduced, and expenses are also reduced.
