HIGH DUCTILITY AL-LI-ZR ALLOY

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the Al-Li alloy which is light in weight and having high ductility by adding B, C, N, P and S to an Al-Li-Zr alloy. CONSTITUTION:An alloy contg., by weight, 1.00 to 4.00% Li, 0.01 to 0.20% Zr and one or more kinds among 0.002 to 1.0% B, 0.01 to 1.0% C, 0.01 to 1.0% N, 0.001 to 1.0% P and 0.001 to 1.0% S and the balance Al with inevitable impurities is prepd. In this way, the Al-Li alloy having increased elongation without deteriorating the tensile strength can be used as an aircraft material.
