PURPOSE:To provide a mounting and demounting jig which performs high-efficient mounting and demounting of a shoe by providing a bracket comprising a plateform base part extending in the direction of the width of a rubber crawler shoe and a holding part approximately in an L-shape capable of making contact with the outer side end of the shoe, and moving around the shoes. CONSTITUTION:A mounting jig has a plateform base part 9 extending in the direction of the width of a rubber crawler 1, and a contact surface 10 capable of making contact with the tip parts of inner and outer guide parts 3 and 4 protruded from the inner peripheral surface of a shoe 1 is formed to the base part 9.
