PURPOSE: To make it possible to prevent the straight formation of the warpage direction of a woven fabric susceptible to damage by freely rotatably mounting a temple to a first support which exists at a high place of the woven fabric edge and fixing the part near the apex of the temple to a second support. CONSTITUTION: The temple 11 embedded with plural rings 12 studded with many needles 13 on the outer surface into a mantle surface is mounted to the first support existing at the high place at the edge 3 of the woven fabric 2 on the weaving machine freely rotatably and in such a manner that the first support 20 is integrated to the end face guide 35 of the temple 11. Further, the part near the apex 25 of the temple 11 is fixed to the second support 24 of an inverted U shape.
