TOFU CONTAINING ESSENCE AND GRANULAR PIECES OF EDIBLE PLANTS AND ITS PRODUCTION

PURPOSE:To obtain TOFU having the taste of edible plant added and nutrients enriched by mixing the essence of an edible plant and granular pieces of the edible plant with soybean milk, casting the mixture into vessels and coagulating them. CONSTITUTION:When soybean milk is prepared, the essence of edible plants such as spinach, carrot, pumpkin, pansy, rose, chrysanthemum or the like and granular pieces of edible plants are mixed. Then, the soybean milk mixture is cast in molding vessels and coagulated to give the subject TOFU.
