PURPOSE:To reduce the ineffective flow rate of fluid and to improve the follow-up performance, i.e. response of a rotary body to variation in flow rate by forming many axial recess-projection stripes at the outer periphery part of the rotary body and sectioning discharge passages in a rectangular shape which is long in the axial direction.
