PURPOSE:To achieve a higher diagnosing accuracy by determining a regression straight line above a fixed correlation coefficient for a number of plot data groups toward a load starting point from a load ending point concerning an ST level/HR plot curve under a kinematic load. CONSTITUTION:When a switch 16 is operated simultaneously with a starting of kinematic load to an examinee by a tread mill, a microcomputer 13 holds an ST level and a HR data detected with a microcomputer 12 as reference value while picking up them at an interval of 15sec. Then, an ST level/HR plot data is generated at each induction and the largest inclination value is calculated for each induction at a load ending point when a switch 16a is operated with the generation of fatigue at lower limbs after a standard load time passes to specify the types of the maximum inclination value and of the induction. A difference data is prepared sequentially for both the types of reference values to prepare a plot data of an ST level difference % value with respect to an HR difference value. Thus, numerical display devices 14, 14a and 14b indicate the maximum inclination value and induction belonging thereto at a load timing and a restoration period, thereby enabling diagnosing from sizes thereof.
