PURPOSE:To enable an effective utilization of high combustible ashes in coal ash to be effectively utilized by a method wherein water and oily fluid are added to coal ashes discharged out of a furnace to condense the high combustible ashes in the coal ashes and the high non- ignited ashes under condensed state is separated from the low non-ignited ashes. CONSTITUTION:In a condensing device 3, water and oily fluid are added to coal ashes and agitated and the high non-ignited ashes in the coal ashes is condensed with the oily fluid being applied as condensing agent, resulting in the the ashes become relative large condensed particles. Under an operation of a separation device 4, the high combustible ashes and the condensed particles of oily fluid are separated and then fed into a dehydration device 5. At this time, the low combustible ashes are not condensed since the particles are small, the ashes pass through a fluid discharging pipe 16 and fed to the dehydration device 19, dehydrated there. The low combustible ashes L which are formed into powder are fed into a low combustible ash transferring system 20 and properly processed. Water content separated by the dehydration processing passes through a water drain pipe 21, is retrued back to a water tank 22. The high combustible ashes H changed into powder through the dehydration processing passes through the high combustible ash transferring system 17 and then fed to the high combustible ash supplying device 6.
