PURPOSE:To reduce required time for lifting the tip end of a spoke in the final insertion position by installing a rotating piece at a right angle to rotating face which is parallel with insertion locus on the spoke insertion locus and on the outside of the collar part of a hub in such a way that the upper section of rotating locus and insertion locus cross each other. CONSTITUTION:Spokes S are inserted in spoke holes of collars 10a, 10b of a hub 1. When their tips become semi-introduction condition where they protrude on the outside of collar parts 10a, 10b, their tips enter rotating loci of rotating pieces 80 which are in spoke insertion loci. Consequently, the tips of the spokes S are supported by the rotating pieces 80. The tips of the spokes S which are supported by rotating the rotating pieces 80 in the spoke insertion direction move to the insertion direction and then to the final insertion position. It is possible to reduce pull-in time in the final insertion position owing to this consti tution.
