PURPOSE:To automate adjusting work of a sealing height by a method wherein the title device is equipped with a revolution number detecting device which detects the revolution number of either one of rotating shafts in a driving system by a driving motor, and operation control of the driving motor is performed by feeding back detecting signals from the revolution number detecting device. CONSTITUTION:To a control panel 52, detecting signals from a pulse counting sensor 40, upper limit detecting sensor 47 and lower limit detecting sensor 48, etc. are input as input signals, and as output signals, control signals to a driving motor 36, etc. are output. The sort of set modes is respectively selected by an original point setting mode selecting unit 53 or height setting mode selecting unit 54.
