PREPARATION OF WATER-EXTRACTING PRODUCT OF HOUTTUYNIA CORDATA AND THE LIKE

摘要

PURPOSE:To obtain the subject product without missing essence by adding water in a half amount of raw material to the raw material such as thinly cut Houttuynia cordata, stirring, oozing out the essence after leaving, absorbing on the surface of raw material and drying water transpiringly. CONSTITUTION:Raw material such as thinly cut Houttuynia cordata is mixed with water of about a half amount of the raw material volume and stirred so as whole of said raw material to be impregnated with water. Such a percolating system is left about 1hr after stirring to ooze out essence in the raw material and simultaneously the essence is absorbed on the surface of the raw material. Then the system is dried by transpiration of water with stirring over weak fire to afford water-extracting product of Houttuynia cordata, etc.
