At the time point when the tilt operation is suspended, a handle member 12 is positioned and joined by the meshing between the both clutches 26 and 27, and fixed at a prescribed position for a fixed member 11. When the player demands to adjust the direction to horizontal from a tilt position, the whole of the handle member 15 is lowered reversely. Accordingly, the handle member and the operating member can be fixed by the adjustment to the necessary direction fitted for the self physical build, etc.
