PURPOSE:To take in and out a cargo without moving a car body by a method wherein a support arm disposed regulatably of vertical and horizontal rotation is formed in a down state on a car body deck, a horizontally rotatable frame is coupled to the lower end of the support arm, and a roller for placing a cargo is mounted on the under surface of the frame rotatably in a 180 deg. arc. CONSTITUTION:A vertically and horizontally rotatable support arm 6 brought into a down state is mounted to a deck 2, and a frame 8 is horizontally rotatably coupled to the lower end surface of the support arm. Rollers 9 for placing a tire W, protruded toward the one side, are rotatably mounted, and the tire W is placed therebetween. Through operation of the rollers 9 by means of an handle, the tire W is rotated and its position is regulated. when the take-in direction of the tire W is different from the protruding direction of the roller 9, through rotation of the protruding direction in a 180 deg. arc from the one side to the other side by inward rotation of the roller 9, the protruding direction can be varied to a take in or out direction without moving a car body 1.
